Please let clarify my previous message:
1) What I mean by a "USB-interfaced" microscope is the type where the =
eyepiece is replaced with a suitable USB camera. Although it would be nice=
, full computer control of the mechanical features of the microscope IS NOT=
required.
2) Also, let me properly state my question: "Are there any good quali=
ty products with magnification in the range of 200X - 600X?"
Thanks again,

Subject: [tap-l] USB-interfaced Microscopes
Hello tappers,
I would like the "consumer report" from those of you using inexpensive USB-=
interfaced Microscopes.
Also, many of these products have magnification of less than 200X but...are=
there are any good quality products with magnification in the range of 200=
X - 600X.
I plan to use them in an outreach program class for high-school students.
Thanks in advance for your input.
