The first thing I would try is more light. The blur is there because the "Shutter" speed is too long because there isn't enough light. More light means either the camera will reduce the shutter speed or reduce the aperture. Hopefully it will reduce the shutter speed. Any way to set that sort of thing on your camera?

Why are you converting? The version of Logger Pro I have, 3.6, seems to be able to deal with .wmv files just fine.
