I will certainly defer to Sammy's opinion first.
The best VdG in my opinion is the Japanese Raijin Van de Graaff selling for
$1700 and made by Nakamura, sold by NADA Scientific.
It was demonstrated to me by a great fellow named Nouri Dassi. It has a
unique belt material that is absolutely incredible. If I remember correctly
it is a type of siliconized rubber material?
But don't take my word for it. Call Nouri Dassi and ask him to demonstrate
it to you himself. You'll be amazed at its performance.
