I am trolling for an impressive, Gee-Wizzy demo idea to use to start the
semester off for a Freshman course in Classical Mechanics for Physics
majors.

A demo that may show something among these choices:

1. A new Mechanics demo, contemporary to 2010, perhaps about a
nano-science application of Classical Mechanics?
2. An impressive demo about Classical Mechanics.
3. A mechanics demo with an intriguing puzzle or memorable result or
outcome.

Any ideas, or favorite ways to start the Fresh Classical mechanics course
for Physics majors?

Thanks,
- JZ
