I continue to have no luck logging on to the file sharing part of the =
web
site. It won=92t take my password and if I ask it to send me my password =
by
email, it claims it will send it, but nothing ever shows up in my Inbox. =
If
I try to re-register, it won=92t let me telling me that I already exist
(refreshing, because I was beginning to wonder).

Jerry Zani, rather than complaining to the whole world that =93the =

feature has never really worked correctly=94, it would be nice if you =

ask to have this feature upgraded. I think I have a good record of
implementing every feature anyone has ever asked for on the site, plus =
lots
of other upgrades on my own.

The Member=92s Area password is exactly the way it was when I inherited =
the
PIRA website from Chele. It=92s true it would be nice for members to be =
able
to create and control their own password, and this has been on my list =
of
projects to implement since PIRA asked me to become webmaster, but not =
one
person has ever suggested changing it.

As of now, this change is done. I have changed the permissions for the
Members album on the PIRA File Sharing site. To see this album now, =
members
must create their own PIRA File Sharing login, which they control. =
I=92ve
uploaded the Member Directory to this album. I will delete the =
Directory
from the old, funky password Member=92s Area on the main website. From =
now
on, the PIRA Treasurer will be able to update this directory as =
frequently
as they like, using their own account.

(I actually saw these messages yesterday morning while I was eating
breakfast at the Sundance Caf=E9, enjoying the view of the Continental =
Divide
from 9300 feet, and tapping in to the caf=E9=92s wifi, but there was no =
way I
was going to write this reply on my iPhone!

Go to the PIRA website, http://www.pira-online.org, and then to
the member's area. Inside the member's area is a member directory
Excel spreadsheet, and there's a "Paid Until" column that'll
tell you how far behind you are.

You'll need your password to accesss the members area.

The spreadsheet is only updated every year or so, but if you haven't
paid in a while, it'll be good.
