They may not have exactly what you want, but Newport Optics makes optics breadboards that are close to what you are looking for.

Good Afternoon,
One of the professors here at Pomona asked me if I knew of any manufacturer of a 1” thick solid stainless steel breadboard, ¼-20 holes on 1” centers, and he wanted me to ask the list serve. Here is a link to the Thor labs solid aluminum version, http://www.thorlabs.us/NewGroupPage9.cfm?ObjectGroup_ID=159 but he was hoping for a solid stainless so he could use magnetic mounts as well as threaded posts. I have a feeling this is something we’ll make in house but you never know. Thanks for any help. Respectfully,
