In AZ, we have the cameras (also speed cameras). By law (I think), the
areas have to have warning signs (photo enforcement ahead) and they DO
give you a chance to show that it is clearly not you driving when the
ticket is mailed to you. When you receive it in the mail, they send a
copy of the picture. You are then allowed to send a photocopy of your
license to prove it is not you driving.
