Our new building is about done and we are planning to move in May. My new
lecture halls have 14 foot ceilings and I had a unistrut frame work built
into the ceiling in the front of the hall. I plan to hang things like my
bowling ball pendulum from the frame work (it's supposed to be good for 1500
lbs.). I need a ladder to access the unistrut and I was looking in
McMaster-Carr and saw this:

Any advise or suggestions (I think a Genie lift would blow the budget)?

Cliff

(beware the architect: they were about to build me lecture tables with no
electrical outlets!)
