Some humans are cyborgs: deaf students with cochlear implant electronics.
These are sensitive to doorknob-type sparks, so a VDG should be avoided.

I've seen a reference saying that capacitor discharges through the chest
are considered dangerous when involving ~1 millicoulomb and up.
