Subject: inexpensive source of scintillator material?

I found a design for a low cost scintillator (well, low cost if you
have surplus PM tubes) that looked fun to build on this page:

but when I checked to see where the scintillator plastic came from, I
found the company is in the process of going out of business.

So, does anyone have a recommended supplier of scintillator material?
I'd prefer someplace that will display their prices, so I don't have
to request a quote, if possible.
