$0.12 each is a great price for small quantities of neon bulbs.
Wholesale electronics places like Mouser and Newark have neon bulbs, but
even at quantities greater than 1000, the price doesn't get quite that low.
There is a guy on ebay, "bobtronics", that sells neon bulbs in sets of 90
(actually 100) for $9, but shipping is $4. If you buy four hundred, shipping
is free. If you want 1000, he'll go down to $0.065 each:
