Brian: If you don't already have the three-dimensional PV diagrams, those are vital for that course, I'd think.

There is a company out there I know that was manufacturing them on a by-the-order basis, but they'd need lead time. I'll see if I can find the link, but in the meantime, I'm sure someone else will! Someone out there remember?

I know Zig had some made I think while he was at Utah, or I at least remember something connecting him to the thought in my brain. Then again, it could have been the thermodynamic properties of fermented beverages. :)

The other demo I'd recommend is the *full* set of the spring model that PASCO and others carry...

These are just off the top of my head....
