It would be great to try to get the business meeting finished on Sat night? Would that be too early?
Also, DCS'ers... what time day to hold the DCS meeting?
Please reply to me personally as to your availability and your choice for a time-place.
I am leaning towards a Mon or Tues morning or lunch or early afternoon in the Resource Room?
Thanks! - JZ

I'd say have it after Apparatus, but that makes for a really
loooooonnnngggg day for most of us, as so many of us are doing
Workshops
that day (and Saturday).
With the Demo Show on Tuesday night, and if we'd like to leave the
PIRA
meeting as an evening meeting, that leaves Sat, Monday, or
Wednesday
nights as possibilities. I'd suggest not having it on Sat
night., as
some may not be there by then, or Wednesday night, as some will
have
left by then. However, many things are going on Monday night
till 10
PM, including the Crackerbarrel for the _Professional Concerns
of
Instructional Resource Specialists
._
So, what to do?
Abandon any hope of having it during the evening, and make it Monday
afternoon during the Plenary II - Klopsteg Memorial Award
Lecture? Say,
2:00 till 4 PM? That would also be post-Bauder, which many of
us seem
to attend. But that runs into the other PIRA Crackerbarrel,
amongst
other things.
So, the only viable choice would be Sat. night, maybe 7-9 PM. We
also
know we need at least two hours. This would also be pre-demo
show,
which may help the planning for that. I just hope most, if not
all
PIRAnauts, are already here.
My 3 cents,
Dave/RU
