Ceramic disk capacitors are generally valued in pF. The first
two numbers are significant digits. The third digit, if present
is a multiplier exponent, similar to a resistor.
So:
22 = 22pf
333 = 33000pf
A single letter generally indicates tolerance, with K = 10%.
"B" is the best, "Z" is the worst, tolerancewise.
There are variations, though, so if you have a lot of surplus
caps, or you are not sure, it is handy to have a DMM with a
capacitance meter available.
