Michael reminded me I forgot a few things, I lost the message like 3
times before it actually got out.
Just a reminder Tours are limited to 50 people for each tour Pre or Post
Conference, we need at least 20 people each trip to make the trip
feasible.
Make reservations with Nancy Cammans ncammans@co.carbon.ut.us. She
will be handling the checks etc. She is out of the office til the end
of the week. We would like reservations by June 1st. I assume that if
there is enough interest to run the tour but there are still spaces
left, later reservations can be made.
My wife also said I should mention you will be in different hotels each
night, Depending on the group you are in, a Price Hotel, the Tavaputs
Ranch, and then back to a Price hotel. Or first night at Tavaputs, then
2 nights in a Price Hotel.
I just sent this to Sid Rudolph at the U of Utah to forward to the AAPT
for the membership at large for the meeting.
