Seen over an on-off switch that controls 4-four foot fluorescent
lights-"IT IS ECOLOGICALLY/ENERGY EFFICIENT TO LEAVE THE LIGHT ON DURING
THE DAYTIME". Does anyone have information that supports this to be true
or false?
