I know H is a doppler apparatus. Usually a rod is attached to the spindle
with a counter balance on one end and a vibrating reed on the other to
generate a tone as it spins through the air. I used to call this one the
knuckle buster at Arkansas because it can pack a punch if you are not careful.
Latest news...... I'll be taking the position at Davidson in NC
ASAP. Still house hunting right now.
