Greetings,

How expensive? $300 - Check with college bookstore. I had a college
professor get me a copy for I think, $149.
Who manufacturers it? - Adobe
Any idea how its features compare to LaTex? No. What is LaTex?
What do you like best about it? Least?

Great layout features.
Easy to import documents (from Word)or graphics.
Easy to resize and move graphics.
Easy to sub-divide items per page, two pages etc.
Thus the graphics remain placed.
Easy to create columns.
Easy to take, say 24, pages and convert them into a booklet with
printing on each side.
Easy to change font size.

A lot of work to learn the program. (Still have a lot to learn.)

I started on Pagemaker 5.0 so never used word for creating manuals.

Somewhere I have a manual that lists the new or updated features
comparing 6.5 to 5.0. Now if I could put may hands on it.

Hope this helps.

Dick
