The mandated tag on the laser reads "30mW Max Output." I think it was marketed as
16mW. It is certainly much brighter than our laboratory lasers.
Hmm, our safety people made us stop using any cathode ray tube powered by a tesla
coil (we now use the Nakamura 400 volt tube), but they've never said anything about
lasers.
