Subject: RE: F.G. with floating voltage

Post:

I have been using standard FG but put it on a adaptor that is used for
attaching 3 prong connectors to older 2 prong outlets. This leave the FG
floating. Not elegant but it works. Also cheap, 2 adaptors at Wal-Mart or
dollar store for a buck.

Subject: F.G. with floating voltage

We have a new circuits class and the instructor wants me to find a function
generator with a floating voltage output. I tried several vendors and had no
luck....... all F.G. the output is referenced to the ground with the BNC
connector. Does anyone has a good source where I can find it?
