We have constructed an electromagnetic can crusher -- 12uF @ 15kV. W=
e can currently crush the middle of an aluminum can to about half its=
original diameter. If you have any experience, I would appreciate y=
our advice on a few things:=0D=0A=0D=0A1- What is the best conductor=
to use for discharge? Copper tubing? Solid Copper? Stranded wire?=
Flat or round?=0D=0A=0D=0A2- What is the best coil configuration? =
Cylindrical like a spring or flat like a stove burner? How many tur=
ns?=0D=0A=0D=0A3- Any other advice that would help u
s achieve optimal performance would be welcome.=0D=0A=0D=0AJohn=0D=
