We have one in our advanced undergrad lab.

I am looking into upgrading the old PC as well as writing a software for the
card that will run on windows 2000.

But where can I find the detailed descriptions for the card? I.e., writing
which number to which port to get the card to return the data to which port?
I do have the manual for its DOS software, which does not help.
