Ok....I fixed it...I just put it into a simple table....it won't
"follow" you anymore, but most of the pages are short anyway.

I didn't notice the formatting problem at first glance,
as my monitor's resolution is 1920x1440. But when I opened it up
again and adjusted the window size a bit I saw what others must be seeing.
The column width on the TOC is variable when it should be fixed to the
width of the TOC. The rest of the page should flow around and adjust
to the user's window width.
Just my humble opinion.
