Description: This demo show how a body recoils when some of it's mass is expelled. Instructions: Stand on the cart with the medicine ball. Toss the ball to a student volunteer and watch as you recoil in the opposite direction. Hazards: The ball weighs almost 35 pounds and is a bit lop-sided, so be careful when you throw it that you don't lose your balance. ALso be careful when standing on the roling cart.
