Description: A platform holding a vessel of some "fluid" is spun in a circle to show central forces. Instructions: The "fluids" alluded to can be nails, plastic wire nuts, or other such (somwhat) discrete "fluids", or something continuous like water. Start the motion by "rocking" the platform back-and-forth until you have the motion going, and then try swinging it in a complete circle. Hazards: A wet (if water is used) or cluttered mess can result from poor planning or a bad swing.
