Description: Place a racquet ball in the liquid nitrogen for several minutes. Remove the ball with tongs and either throw against the floor or smash with hammer. Hazards: Warn students about the temperature of the pieces. Also warn if you are going to break it on the wall. Frozen pieces could hit the students in the face. The demoroom suggests either breaking the ball on the floor or hitting it with a mallet on the lecture table. Quant. in Demo Room: 1
