Description: A Trac-Ball set is used to spin a Styrofoam ball while throwing it. Place the ball in the lower end of the track. Throw with a quick motion, keeping the track in a vertical plane for upward deflection. The track should be nearly vertical when the ball leaves it. This takes a little practice.
