Description: A mass hangs from meter stick resting on two supports. Compare the bending in the meter stick flat and on edge. Lower mass gently when changing sides as the METER STICK MAY BREAK

Hazards: Don't over do it. If the meter stick breaks, splinters may fly into the air.
