Crush the Soda Can
# 2B30.15


Description: Fill a pop can with steam by boiling a small amount of water in it. Quickly turn upside-down in a beaker of cold water. The steam condenses creating a partial vacuum inside the can. This allows the atmospheric pressure to crush the can. Very dramatic.

Instructions:

Parts: 12 oz. soda can, burner, pan w/ 1/2" of water, tongs
