Kneeling Human
# 1J10.41

Description: The two sexes have many differences. This demo points out a not-so-obvious one: differing centers of gravity.

Instructions: Ask two students, one male and one female, to participate in this demonstration. The demonstrator asks both volunteers to kneel, put their hands behind their backs. The demonstrator places a small object directly beneath the heads of the volunteers and asks them to tip it over or touch it with their nose. Most women can do this while most men can not.

Hazards: A sore nose, or a bruised eqo could result, if one of the demonstrate-ees looses their balance.

Parts: two students (you supply).

Quant. in Demo Room: 1
