Description: You might not get your dollar back from these two bottles without a bit of care in performing this demonstration of the inertia of rest. Instructions: Stack two glass pop bottles on top of each other with a dollar bill between them. Once in place, and balanced, pull the dollaor bill out rapidly. Suggestion: hold the dollar bill with one hand, and "chop" the bill with the index finger of your other hand, between your hand and the bottle. Hazards: If the demo tips and breaks, broken glass (and water-see note) can cause a walking hazard.
